However he sent me an estimate and when I asked questions about the estimate made it sound like I didn't know what I was talking about. He said he would get me another estimate the next day. 3 days later I emailed to see where the estimate was. He sent it finally the next day. I asked questions about the estimate and Brian has yet to get back to me with answers and that was a week ago. I followed up with asking to get my questions answered again day 7 and he still hasn't responded.
