The group was so useful, kind, and obliging. We needed to move everything from our home to our new home, where a few things were emptied, and the rest advanced toward capacity. The group had no issues setting off to various destinations. They brought awesome consideration with the greater part of our things, and they were a joy to work with. There is nobody else I would help with a move! Exceptionally prescribed!

This company is HORRIBLE, it was selected by Langley AFB as our packers and movers to Ohio. First they didn't even show up the day they were scheduled to pack us and did not even let us know. When we finally called to see where they were they said oh they thought they told us they would be here the next day. When they did show up one of the guys was on the phone or in the bathroom all day not helping the other two working. Our stuff was not crated and they lied and said our stuff would be locked in the truck as is and start to Ohio the follow day. By the end of the week we were lied to about the location of our stuff, it took over two weeks to get from Virginia to Ohio. When it did arrive it was mission 11 boxes and not on the same truck. It took another 15 days for our missing boxes to make it here and that was by a different company cause these jerks couldn't do it!!! The boxes all came damaged, we are claiming damages to many items that are broke. Some boxes had big chunks missing, how does that even happen!!!! You are a horrible company and if you thought I would write reviews about you, you are sorely mistaken. Bill who was the manager we talked to that lied to us repeated, just know I have filed a complaint with the BBB too, just because you were assigned to us by the military doesn't mean you can treat us any ole way! I will be filing this review on every site I can find so NO ONE ever hires you again!!!!!
